Pre-assembled in tank 350mm fuel hose SAE 9.49 Straight to ID8

In-tank convoluted black nylon fuel hose, pre-assembled in various sets. Designed to be used with the Nuke Performance fuel upgrade range or with custom installations.

The circular corrugation gives you a very flexible yet robust fuel line that fits in tight spaces. The nylon hose has high mechanical strength but still minimal wall thickness. Safe for all types of fuel, including alcoholic fuels such as ethanol and methanol. Our specially designed fuel hose has an ID of 8mm on one end and 10mm on the other end.

SAE quick couplers are available in a variety of varieties and are manufactured from PA12 and are set to SAE J2044 standards. Equipped with Viton O-Ring seals, which are safe for all types of fuel, including alcoholic fuels such as ethanol and methanol. Operating pressure range -40°C up to +115°C.

Choose whether you intend to connect to a SAE Ø9.49 male fitting (part #: 300-10- 115) or a SAE Ø7.89 male fitting (not currently available in our range).

All hoses are pre-manufactured to 350mm length.

Use with a 10.3-12.8mm stainless steel hose clamp (part number: 150-20-304) to connect to fuel pump or any fitting.
