This product offers an affordable solution for those who do not require FIA approval for professional racing, but still want all the benefits of the Nuke Performance CFC unit. The drop-in fuel pump hanger with integrated surge tank provides this functionality with:

Nuke Performance AluCell fuel cells are suitable for carbureted fuel systems and with the integrated CFC unit from Nuke Performance. They eliminate the need for an external surge tank that would otherwise be needed when running a fuel cell, making it a perfect alternative for fuel injected systems. AluCells are manufactured from the highest quality aluminum for use with all types of fuel and are approved for gasoline, methanol and ethanol.

The AluCell aluminum fuel cells are supplied with the Nuke Performance CFC unit as a filler plate replacement. The unique CFC unit from Nuke Performance is the perfect solution for a simplified high performance fuel system where simplicity and durability are paramount. This setup eliminates the need for a space-consuming external surge tank. With all the necessary fuel pumps mounted in the fuel cell itself, this is all you need. This frees up space and weight and increases safety as fewer fuel line couplings are needed and no external fuel pumps are used.

AluCell comes with the unique Nuke Performance CFC unit with an integrated Fuel Surge Tank function and fits a single or dual high pressure fuel pump from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive and many more. It fits all standard 39mm fuel pumps as well as the larger Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST450/GST520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450. Thanks to the internal surge tank, this solution is ready to deliver a steady flow of fuel for needs anywhere between 200-2000 horsepower without fuel starvation, even under demanding driving conditions.
The CFC unit fits the most common the fuel pumps. Paired with Nuke Performance fuel pump assembly kits, installing a high performance fuel system has never been easier.

The single fuel pump mounted in the fuel cell acts as a pickup fuel pump ensuring that the high pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 2 liter (0.53 gallons) surge tank always has enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation which can seriously damage your engine. The CFC comes with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your choice, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the fuel pump brackets.

The Nuke Performance CFC unit - Low Profile Competition Fuel Cell Unit, with an integrated fuel surge tank, is now equipped with ORB threads instead of the UNF threads they used in the beginning. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and the AN-8 ORB return port allow you to choose from a variety of available ORB Couplings. The use of the oversized, high-flow outlet AN-10 ORB combines the internal fuel pumps into a single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses and couplings. The included anti-rollover vent coupling is AN-6 (3/4 UNF) and can be exchanged for AN-6 to AN-10 if needed. Outlet and Return Coupling AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12 are sold separately as accessories.

• NEW : Fuel Cell Vent Kit AN -6 fits directly onto the vent valve on the CFC unit for easy installation
The CFC unit is equipped with a rollover protected AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-6 male vent fitting, and the easiest way to route the vent line to a safe and functional position is to accommodate a fuel cell vent kit from Nuke Performance. Available in several sizes, from AN-6 to AN-12, you can choose the kit that best suits your needs. If you want to use a larger venting line than AN-6, you also need to change the fittings on the venting valve, see the range here. The vent kit comes with a 1 m (3.3 ft) nitrile fuel hose and a universal air filter that prevents debris from entering your fuel system.

• Lightweight aluminum 20 / 40 / 45 / 60 / 80-liter fuel cell with integrated brackets
To enable the highest possible quality, AluCells are made from two pieces of aluminum and are automatically welded by a 5-axis welding robot. Each is individually pressure tested prior to surface treatment to ensure maximum functionality and CE Marking requirements specifications. Using high corrosion resistance aluminum (5083 H111), it does not need internal anodizing or powder coating which is affected by alcoholic fuels such as ethanol. This prevents damage to your injectors and filters when the coating dissolves. Some color shading may occur on the inside of the fuel cell over time, especially when used with alcoholic fuels, but this does not affect its function. Choose between the 20-liter (5.28 gallon), 40-liter (10.56 gallon), 45-liter "Well cell" (11.88 gallon), 60-liter (15.85 gallon) and 80-liter (21.13 gallon) versions.

To satisfy our customers' requests, our CFC units are now supplied with AN-10 and AN-8 ORB threads. Large range of fittings (see range here) and even higher flow. No outlet or return coupling is included in the CFC unit, AN-6 to AN-12 Coupling is available as an accessory.
