Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) GST 450 / 520 allows you to combine two internal fuel pumps to an AN-10 socket. This Fuel Surge Tank can deliver a steady flow of fuel even over 2000hp. This setup is all you need to combine into a space-efficient and energy-efficient solution and design.
• Choose between a single or dual internal fuel pump setup. Fits the most common 39mm fuel pumps, mounted in the surge tank in a bracket.
Run one or two fuel pumps individually with multiple electrical connectors on the top cover. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same characteristics as all Nuke Performance products.

• Single or dual internal fuel pumps are mounted with the aluminum internal mounting bracket for a safe and durable installation.
This Fuel Surge Tank comes with an internal bracket for GST400, GST450 and GST520 Walbro fuel pumps and also fits all standard 39mm fuel pumps with a perfect fit, fuel pumps such as DW200, DW300, AEM 340L, Aeromotive 340 and many more.

Without necessary modifications it is also possible to fit the larger Bosch BR540 and Deatschwerks DW400 in the same surge tank. This single outlet surge tank is the perfect solution and design for almost all fuel pumps used for tuning and motorsport applications on the market today. Installing the fuel pumps into the surge tank is easy and ensures a safe and secure installation for long-term use.
• The external surge tank allows you to use high pressure fuel pumps without any major customization of the OEM fuel tank.
With our Fuel Surge Tank you minimize the risk when running on low fuel that the system will not be able to cope with extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing and track days where you can exceed 2g, which can result in fuel loss. With this setup you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine even when conditions are as demanding as they get. Being able to fit high flow fuel pumps in the tank without major adaptation of your stock fuel tank is almost as important, this is really the only installation you need.
2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) GST 450 / 520 acts as a buffer so the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high output as the return line from your engine leads straight back into the fuel pump, it stays full throughout the time.

Your stock fuel pump or your surge fuel pump in your stock fuel tank or your aftermarket fuel cell acts like a pickup fuel pump ensuring that the high pressure fuel pumps in the oversized 3 liter surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation which can seriously damage your engine. The fuel surge tank comes with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your choice, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the billet fuel pump mounts.

Nuke Performance 2nd Generation Fuel Surge Tanks are available in several different sets, each designed for maximum performance. It comes with an aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern that makes for a secure fit in any installation. Depending on the setup you choose, they come with a varied number of electrical connections, but regardless of model, it is always equipped with our oversized electrical connectors that handle x10 the current used. The Walbro / Ti Automotive GST version is equipped with dual stage connectors, allowing you to choose whether to run the different fuel pumps on different stages, fuses or simultaneously.

Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge GST Tank 3.0 Liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) 450 / 520, is equipped with ORB threaded inlet and outlet ports. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and the AN-8 ORB inlet, return and overflow ports allow you to choose from a wide variety of different ORB Couplings available. The use of the oversized, high-flow outlet AN-10 ORB combines the internal fuel pumps into a single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses and couplings. Outlet, inlet, overflow and return Coupling AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12 are sold separately as accessories.

Wide range of fittings and even higher flow. No outlet or return couplings are included with the fuel surge tank, AN-6 to AN-12 couplings are available as accessories.
