The high quality PyroCell Elite fuel cells from Pyrotect are the best fuel cells made from extremely durable double coated urethane fabric with internal foam baffles and with integrated CFC unit from Nuke Performance, eliminating the need for an external surge tank needed when running a traditional fuel cell setup, it's a perfect use for fuel injected systems. The fuel cell is safe for all types of fuel, including ethanol and methanol.

The Pyrotect Elite fuel cell with Nuke Performance CFC unit comes with the unique Nuke Performance Competition fuel cell unit as a replacement for the filler plate. The CFC unit is the perfect solution for a simplified high performance fuel system where safety is of utmost importance. With the integrated drop-in surge tank, this setup eliminates the need for a space-consuming external surge tank. With all the necessary fuel pumps fitted into the fabric fuel bladder itself, this is all you need. This frees up space and weight and increases safety as fewer fuel line connectors are needed and no external fuel pumps are used.

Pyrotect Elite fuel cells come with the unique Nuke Performance CFC unit with an integrated fuel surge tank and fuel pump hanger and fit a single or dual high pressure fuel pump from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive and many more. It fits all standard 39mm fuel pumps as well as the larger Deatscherks DW400, Walbro GST400/450/520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450. One fuel pump is mounted in the fuel cell, mounted on a height adjustable aluminum bracket, and one or two fuel pumps are mounted on an aluminum bracket in the surge tank. This solution is ready to deliver a consistent fuel flow for demands anywhere between 200-2000 horsepower without fuel starvation, even under demanding driving conditions thanks to the internal surge tank and Pyrotect internal foam combustion.
The Pyrotect Elite fuel cell with the Nuke Performance CFC unit fits the most common fuel pumps. Along with Nuke Performance fuel pump assembly kits, installing a high performance fuel system has never been easier.

The single fuel pump mounted in the fuel bladder acts as a pickup fuel pump ensuring high pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 2 liters (0.53 gallons) ) Surge tank always has enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation which can seriously damage your engine. The CFC comes with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your choice, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the fuel pump brackets.

Nuke Performance CFC Unit - Low Profile Competition Fuel Cell Unit, with an integrated fuel surge tank, is now fitted with ORB threads. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and AN-8 ORB return port allow you to choose from a wide variety of different ORB Couplings available. The use of the oversized, high-flow outlet AN-10 ORB combines the internal fuel pumps into a single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses and couplings. The included anti-rollover vent coupling is AN-6 (3/4 UNF) and can be exchanged for AN-6 to AN-10 if needed. Outlet and Return Coupling AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12 are sold separately as accessories.

• The AN-6 fuel cell valve kit fits directly onto the vent valve on the CFC unit for easy installation.
The CFC unit is equipped with a rollover protected AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-6 male vent fitting, and the easiest way to route the vent line to a safe and functional position is to accommodate a fuel cell valve kit from Nuke Performance. Available in several sizes, from AN-6 to AN-12, you can choose the kit that best suits your needs. If you want to use a larger venting line than AN-6, you also need to change the fittings on the venting valve, see the range here. The vent kit comes with a 1 m (3.3 ft) nitrile fuel hose and a universal air filter that prevents debris from entering your fuel system.

• When safety and functionality is top priority, choose the Full Foam Baffled Fuel Cell with durable double-coated fabric bladder - the lightest on the market.
The American-Made Pyrotect Elite fuel cells come with modified internal foam baffles from the manufacturing line, modified for the needs of mounting the Nuke Performance CFC unit. The durable urethane bladder, wrapped in a lightweight aluminum casing, is much safer than simpler solutions such as savings cells and welded aluminum cells. The Pyrotect Elite series are among the safest fuel cells on the market today and developed from a long history of professional motorsport. Equipped with Ultra Durable Double Coated Urethane Fabric bladder and aluminum container, it is available in several sizes, from 8 to 26 gallons (30 to 98 liters). And with the Nuke Performance CFC Unit, the only thing you need between the fuel cell and the engine is a fuel filter, just like in a standard fuel setup. The inner bladder is completely safe for all types of fuel, but if used with alcoholic fuel, it should not be left for long-term storage without first being flushed with alcohol-free fuel.

Nuke Performance and Pyrotect fuel cells are an official and international collaboration between the two manufacturers. The Pyrotect fuel cells made specifically for the CFC unit have been marked with both marks. If you order a fuel cell directly from Pyrotect, be sure to tell them that it is intended for use with the Nuke Performance CFC unit.

Our CFC units are now supplied with AN-10 and AN-8 ORB threads. Wide range of fittings (see range here) and even higher flow. No outlet or return coupling is included in the CFC unit, AN-6 to AN-12 coupling is available as an accessory.
