The Nuke Performance CFC unit eliminates the need for an external surge tank needed to run a fuel cell, making it a perfect use for fuel injected systems. Use with PWM control, in combination with the CFC unit is an effective solution to prevent heat build up when multiple fuel pumps are running. This is the best way to eliminate fuel starvation that can occur in motorsports. And with the new high-profile version of the CFC unit, thanks to its smaller mounting depth, it fits close to all fuel cells on the market.

The CFC - Competition Fuel Cell Unit, with an integrated fuel surge tank, uses a billet fuel pump hanger and fits a single or dual high pressure fuel pump from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive and many more.It fits all standard 39mm fuel pumps, as well as the larger Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST400/GST450/GST520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450. To ensure the fuel pump is always filled, a fuel cell mounted on a height adjustable aluminum mount, and acts as a lift fuel pump. This solution is ready to deliver a steady flow of fuel anywhere between 200-2500 horsepower, even under demanding driving conditions. This has become an extremely popular solution for all types of motorsports.

The CFC unit for ATL fuel cells uses an AN-10 ORB outlet and AN-8 ORB return inlet Coupling.The use of the oversized, high flow AN-10 ORB outlet combines the internal fuel pumps into one fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses and Coupling. The supplied anti-rollover coupling is of AN-6 (3/4 UNF) and can be exchanged for AN-6 to AN-10 if necessary. Outlet and return coupling AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12 are sold separately.

The CFC unit is equipped with a rollover protected AN-8 (3/ 4 UNF) to AN-6 Vent fitting, and the easiest way to route the vent line to a safe and functional position is to fit a fuel cell valve kit from AN-6 to AN-12, you can choose the kit that best suits your needs. nitrile fuel hose and a universal air filter that prevents debris from entering your fuel system.

The high profile CFC Unit is developed from the low profile version, but with the addition of being able to mount the CFC unit in the popular Saver Cell fuel cells from ATL, and Fuel Safe fuel cells.These fuel cells have a smaller opening than other standard fuel cells, which requires this new design.
An advantage of this higher profile design is that it requires less minimum mounting depth, at 197 mm (7.75") instead of 219 mm from the previous version with slim design. This high profile version offers minimal mounting depth and fits smaller openings while having the same undeniable top functionality and only slightly more weight than the low profile lightweight version.

• How to connect fuel pumps to the electrical connectors and fuel lines
The CFC unit from Nuke Performance uses Oversized electrical contacts are a fail-safe installation, you don't have to worry about the contacts being overloaded when running at a high amp. For the lift fuel pump you have two electrical Clutches and for high pressure fuel pumps you have a total of three Clutches, allowing you to run a dual fuel pump setup in two stages or simultaneously if desired. The fuel line connects to the supplied barb fittings, but we recommend adding one of the fuel pump mounting kits for your selected fuel pumps to get all the benefits of easy maintenance, fail-safe functionality and long-term durability even when running alcoholic fuel such as ethanol.
• Low profile fuel filler cap or remote filler neck for 50mm fuel filler hose
The high profile CFC unit comes with a low-profile filler cap with integrated rollover protection. However, for those who prefer a remote fill, we offer a remote fill neck for a 50-52mm fuel fill hose. It fits right into the CFC unit and uses an integral rollover protection mounted on the underside of the CFC unit. The remote fill tube is available as an accessory.

• Choose the right fuel level sender for your aftermarket fuel cell
Most applications require an accurate fuel level sender for an optimal experience. The Nuke Performance CFC unit fits the most common fuel level senders that use the SAE 5 bolt pattern. The CFC unit comes with a low profile and lightweight block-off plate that can easily be replaced with a fuel level sensor. You may have your CFC unit supplied with an FLS, be sure to select the correct length when placing an order. For easy selection, measure the depth of your fuel cell and subtract approximately 20mm (0.78") and choose the fuel level sensor that comes closest to your measurement.

The CFC unit from Nuke Performance is made to fit the standard 24 bolt 6x10" pattern. We offer an aluminum flange that allows the CFC unit to be bolted to a custom made fuel cell that uses this standard pattern. You can either weld it to your aluminum cell or copy the pattern to your top plate and bolt the CFC unit by placing the top plate between the flange and the CFC unit. The CFC unit comes with a Viton gasket (safe for all types of fuel), which is perfect for custom fuel cell applications.
