The Nuke Performance CFC unit eliminates the need for an external surge tank, which is different needed when running a fuel cell, it is a perfect use for fuel injected systems. Used with PWM control, in combination with the CFC unit it is an effective solution to prevent heat build up when multiple fuel pumps are running. This is the best way to eliminate fuel starvation that can occur in motorsports. And with the use of the standard 6x10" 24-bolt filler plate pattern, it fits nearly every fuel cell on the market.

The unique CFC unit from Nuke Performance doubles as a fuel cell filler plate with the standard 6x10" The 24-bolt pattern fill plates. The CFC unit is the perfect solution for a simplified high performance fuel system where safety is of utmost importance. With the integrated drop-in surge tank, this setup eliminates the need for a space-consuming external surge tank. With all the necessary fuel pumps fitted into the fabric fuel bladder itself, this is all you need. This frees up space and weight and increases safety as fewer fuel lines are necessary and no external fuel pumps are used. And with its unique low profile billet design, this is the lightest solution on the market and allows you to save crucial weight in your racing car.

CFC Unit - Competition Fuel Cell Unit, with an integrated fuel surge tank, uses a fuel pump hanger for fuel and fits a single or double high pressure fuel pump from Deatschwerks, AEM, Ti Automotive, Walbro, Bosch, Fuelab, Aeromotive and many more. It fits all standard 39mm fuel pumps, as well as the larger Deatschwerks DW400, Walbro GST400/GST450/GST520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450. To ensure the fuel pump is always primed, a fuel pump is mounted in the fuel cell, mounted on a height adjustable aluminum bracket, and acts as a lift fuel pump. This solution is ready to deliver a smooth fuel flow for needs anywhere between 200-2500 horsepower without fuel starvation, even under demanding driving conditions thanks to the internal surge tank. This has become an extremely popular solution for all types of motorsports.

• How to fit fuel pumps with Nuke Performance CFC Unit
The single fuel pump mounted in the fuel cell acts as a pickup fuel pump ensuring that the high pressure fuel pumps within the oversized 2.0 liters (0.53 gallons) always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and eliminate the risk of starvation that can seriously damage your engine and performance. The CFC comes with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your choice, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the fuel pump brackets.

Nuke Performance CFC Unit - Low profile Competition Fuel Cell Unit, with an integrated fuel surge tank, is now equipped with ORB threads instead of the UNF threads they used in the beginning. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and AN-8 ORB return port allow you to choose from a wide variety of different ORB Couplings available. The use of the oversized, high-flow outlet AN-10 ORB combines the internal fuel pumps into a single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses and couplings. The included anti-rollover vent coupling is AN-6 (3/4 UNF) and can be exchanged for AN-6 to AN-10 if needed. Outlet and Return Coupling AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12 are sold separately as accessories.

Premiere Fuel Systems and more that use the standard 6x10" 24 bolt pattern for the filler plate and have an available mounting depth of at least 219mm. Installation is quick and easy and the CFC unit comes with everything you need to mount it to most fuel cells. • Which Fuel Cell to Use for Nuke Performance CFC Unit
The Nuke Performance fuel cell filler plate surge tank unit comes as a single unit, to be used with a fuel cell of your choice, a custom aluminum fuel cell, or any 24 bolt fuel tank.Some things to consider are, do you need a fuel cell with a homologation such as FIA, if weight is your main priority, money or safety, the CFC unit is the way to go for all of these requests.

• How to connect fuel pumps to the electrical connectors and fuel lines
The CFC unit from Nuke Performance uses oversized electrical connectors is a fail safe installation, you don't have to worry about the connectors overloaded when running at a high amp. For the lift fuel pump you have two electrical couplings and for high pressure fuel pumps you have a total of three couplings, allowing you to run a dual fuel pump installation in two stages or at the same time if desired. The fuel line connects to the supplied barb fittings, but we recommend adding one of the fuel pump mounting kits for your selected fuel pumps to get all the benefits of easy maintenance, failsafe functionality and long term durability even when running alcoholic fuel such as ethanol.
• Low profile fuel filler cap or remote filler neck for 50mm fuel filler hose
The CFC comes with a low profile filler cap with integrated rollover protection, but for those who prefer to use a remote filler, we offer a remote filler neck for a 50-52mm fuel filler hose. It fits right into the CFC unit and uses the integral rollover guard mounted on the underside of the CFC unit.The remote fill tube is available as an accessory.

• NEW : The AN-6 fuel cell valve kit fits directly onto the vent valve on The CFC unit for easy installation The CFC unit is equipped with a rollover protected AN-8 (3/4 UNF) to AN-6 male valve fitting, and the easiest way to route the vent line to a safe and functional position is to fit a fuel cell valve kit from Nuke Performance, you can choose the kit that best suits your needs AN-6 you also need to replace the vent valve fittings, see the range here.The vent kit comes with a 1 m (3.3 ft) nitrile fuel hose and a universal air filter to prevent debris from entering your fuel system.

An accurate fuel level sender is required for an optimal experience .The Nuke Performance CFC unit fits most common fuel level senders using the 5-bolt pattern.The CFC unit comes with a low profile, block-off plate that can easily be replaced with a fuel level sender get your CFC unit supplied with an FLS, be sure to select the correct length when placing an order. For easy selection, measure the depth of your fuel cell and subtract approximately 20mm (0.78") and select the fuel level sender that comes closest to your measurement.

• How mounting the CFC to your own custom fuel cell
The CFC is made to fit the standard 24 bolt 6x10" pattern. We offer an aluminum flange that allows the CFC to be bolted to a custom fuel cell that uses this standard pattern. You can either weld it to your aluminum cell or copy the pattern to your top plate and bolt the CFC to it by placing the top plate between the flange and the CFC unit. The CFC unit comes with a Viton gasket (safe for all types of fuels) which is perfect for custom fuel cell applications.
