This new updated version is the first of its kind specially developed and designed to mount a single or dual setup of Deatschwerks pioneering DW400 fuel pump, this fuel pump has a larger diameter and due to its high flow it requires perfect conditions for to be able to perform to the maximum and we have developed the perfect solution in close cooperation with the engineers at Deatschwerks.

The Nuke Performance 2G fuel surge tank allows you to combine two internal fuel pumps into one AN-10 socket. This Fuel Surge Tank can deliver a steady flow of fuel even over 2000hp. This setup is all you need to combine into a space-efficient and energy-efficient solution and design.
• Choose between a single or dual internal fuel pump setup, both the larger DW400 fuel pump and other standard 39mm fuel pumps, mounted in the surge tank in a console.
Run one or two fuel pumps individually with multiple electrical connectors on the top cover. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same characteristics as all Nuke Performance products.
Everything you need to fit a single or dual DW400 fuel pump is included, and everything you need to fit a 39mm fuel pump in the same surge tank without modifications. Also fits the new Bosch BR540, which has the same outer dimensions as the DW400. All necessary accessories are included for both single and dual installations, but our fuel pump mounting kits are recommended for a hassle-free and service-friendly installation.

• Single or dual internal fuel pumps are mounted with the aluminum internal mounting bracket for a safe and durable installation.
This Fuel Surge Tank comes with an internal bracket for DW400 fuel pumps but also with adapters that allow all common 39 mm fuel pumps to be mounted with a perfect fit, fuel pumps such as DW200, DW300, AEM 340L, Aeromotive 340 , Walbro (Ti Automotive) GSS 340/341/342, GST 450/520, etc.
• The external surge tank allows you to use high pressure fuel pumps without any major customization of the OEM fuel tank.
With our Fuel Surge Tank you minimize the risk when running on low fuel that the system will not be able to cope with extremely hard driving such as drifting, drag racing and track days where you can exceed 2g, which can result in fuel loss. With this setup, you can rely on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine, even when conditions are as demanding as they get. Being able to mount high pressure fuel pumps in tank without major modification to your stock fuel tank is almost as important, this is really the only installation you need.
2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 Liter for Deatschwerks DW400 acts as a buffer so that the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high outputs as the return line from your engine leads straight back into the fuel surge tank, it stays full throughout the time.
• How to Install Fuel Pumps in the DW400 Fuel Surge Tank
Your regular fuel pump or your surge fuel pump in your stock fuel tank or your aftermarket fuel cell acts as a pickup fuel pump ensuring that the high pressure fuel pumps in the oversized 3 liter surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation which can seriously damage your engine. The fuel surge tank comes with everything you need to install the fuel pumps of your choice, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the billet fuel pump mounts.

Spring fuel surge tank is available in several different sets, each designed for maximum performance. It comes with an aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern that makes for a secure fit in any installation. Depending on the setup you choose, they come with a varied number of electrical connections, but regardless of model, it is always equipped with our oversized electrical connectors that handle x10 the current used. For the 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for the Deatschwerks DW400 version, it is equipped with dual stage connectors, so you can choose whether to run the different fuel pumps on different stages, fuses or simultaneously.

Nuke Performance 2G Fuel The Surge Tank 3.0 Liter for the Deatschwerks DW400 is equipped with ORB threaded inlet and outlet ports. The AN-10 ORB outlet port and the AN-8 ORB inlet, return and overflow ports allow you to choose from a wide variety of different ORB Couplings available. The use of the oversized, high-flow outlet AN-10 ORB combines the internal fuel pumps into a single fuel line and minimizes the need for external equipment, hoses and couplings. Outlet, inlet, overflow and return Coupling AN-6, AN-8, AN-10 and AN-12 are sold separately as accessories.
