The second generation Nuke Performance 3.0 liter Fuel Surge Tank, now for 1, 2 or 3 internal high pressure fuel pumps, the highest quality combined with outstanding performance.
This new updated version is the first of its kind specially developed and designed to mount up to three internal fuel pumps in the same unit. Each fuel pump uses its own AN-8 socket allowing you to choose from the most imaginable settings.

This second generation Nuke Performance Fuel Surge Tank comes with an internal bracket for up to three internal fuel pumps with an outer diameter of 39mm, this is the most common fuel pump size and makes a perfect fit and combination for most setups imaginable. It also fits the very popular Ti Automotive, Walbro GST400, GST450 and GST520 fuel pumps and its design siblings such as the Aeromotive Stealth 450.

With our external fuel surge tank you minimize the risk when running on low fuel that the system cannot handle the extremely harsh the driving such as drifting, drag racing and track days where you can exceed 2g, which can result in fuel loss. With this setup you can count on maximum fuel delivery, a safe solution for your engine and installation even when conditions are as demanding as they get. Being able to mount high flow fuel pumps in the tank without major customization to your stock fuel tank is almost as important, this is really the only setup you need. With this setup you can deliver extreme fuel flow to your engine and thanks to the oversized 3.0 liter fuel tanks you will have enough fuel in all conditions and at all times.
2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for internal fuel pumps acts as a buffer so that the fuel pumps are always supplied with fuel for high output as the return line from your engine leads straight back into the FST, it stays full at all times.
• How to Fit Fuel Pumps in a Fuel Surge Tank
The Surge Tanks from Nuke Performance come with everything you need to easily install any standard fuel pump, but we recommend adding one of our fuel pump mounting kits for optimal functionality and serviceability. For the 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for internal fuel pumps you need a single fuel pump kit for each fuel pump, so for example if you run two fuel pumps you need two single kits. All fuel pumps are securely mounted in all conditions thanks to the internal billet aluminum fuel pump mount.

• How a surge tank works and how it flows
Your stock fuel pump or your aftermarket lifts the fuel pump in your stock fuel tank or your aftermarket fuel cell acts as a pickup fuel pump that fills the surge tank and ensures that the high pressure fuel pumps within the oversized surge tank always have enough fuel to maximize fuel flow and minimize the risk of starvation which can seriously damage your engine. Our fuel surge tank comes in several different sets, each designed for maximum performance. It comes with an aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern that makes for a secure fit in any installation. Depending on which setup you choose, they come with a varied number of electrical connections, but regardless of model, it is always equipped with our oversized electrical connectors that handle x10 the current used. For the version 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liters for internal fuel pumps, it is equipped with dual stage connectors, so you can choose whether to run the different fuel pumps on different stages, fuses or simultaneously.
