This lightweight in-line high-flow fuel filter, with its new improved lightweight design, is equipped with either a classic cellulose filter element for gasoline or with the unique Nuke Performance welded fuel filter insert that is 100% safe for alcoholic fuels such as ethanol.

The narrow range high flow fuel filter comes with either a classic cellulose 10 micron fuel filter insert, these inserts are affordable and easy to replace for your gasoline installation. When running alcoholic fuels, such as ethanol, methanol and racing fuels, you should choose one of our unique welded fuel filter elements available in 10-micron and 100-micron. These elements are now made of 100% stainless steel with unique welded end caps that eliminate the common glue that can dissolve when switching from gasoline to ethanol or when running aggressive fuels such as race fuel. When you run the new upgraded fuel filters from Nuke Performance, you don't have to worry about filter elements ever breaking.

The The new improved slim design provides high flow with almost no flow loss even when running high flow high pressure pumps such as Deatschwerks DW400 and Ti Automotive GST450 / GST 520 (Walbro) fuel pumps. Also suitable for brushless fuel pumps.

• When running alcoholic fuels, choose the correct fuel filter version to suit your filtration needs
When running ethanol, methanol or other alcoholic fuels you should always use our stainless steel filter elements as they have long life and trouble-free functionality. We strongly recommend that you clean the internal filter element once a season, and if you use the cellulose filter elements, you should replace this every month to prevent it from dissolving during use.
Alcoholic fuels = stainless steel insert. Gasoline / Gasoline = insert of cellulose or stainless steel. Diesel = cellulose or stainless steel insert.

To mount the Slim series fuel filter from Nuke Performance, it is recommended to use the Nuke Performance Fuel Filter Bracket available in a single or double design to suit all your filter needs. The universal, lightweight, billet mount from Nuke Performance comes with a variety of inserts to fit your fuel filters and also fuel pumps such as the popular in-line fuel pumps such as the Bosch 044, Deatschwerks DW350il, etc. Be sure to place your fuel filter in a safe place that prevents the filter from being deformed in an accident. We also offer an affordable and simpler bracket solution with two stainless p-clamp brackets that pair perfectly with Nuke Performance fuel filters.

• How to choose which fuel filter to install and where to I mount the fuel filter in my fuel setup
Choosing the right fuel filter for your installation is easy and we have everything you need. If you are running an internal fuel pump with a pre-filter included, we recommend a 10-micron fuel filter between the fuel filter and your fuel rail/injector. When using an external fuel pump, you should use a 100-micron fuel filter between the fuel tank and the fuel pump and a 10-micron fuel filter between the fuel pump and your fuel rail/injector. The placement of your in-line fuel filters should be positioned so that in the event of an accident, the filter will be in a safe position to avoid damage that could result in unwanted leakage. Be sure to place the filter where it is easily accessible for service and filter element replacement when needed.

• Changing your filter element due to heavy contamination
We strongly recommend changing or cleaning (stainless steel element only) the internal filter element once per season, especially when using ethanol due to its dissolving properties of the impurities in the fuel system. Even the stainless steel inserts may need to be replaced due to heavy contamination.
