The high flow slim series fuel filter comes with the unique Nuke Performance welded filter inserts. When running alcoholic fuels, such as ethanol, methanol and racing fuel, you should choose one of our fuel filters with the unique welded filter element. These elements are now made of 100% stainless steel with unique end caps that eliminate the usual glue that can dissolve when switching from gasoline to ethanol or when running aggressive fuels such as race fuel. When you run the PF200 fuel filters from Nuke Performance, you don't have to worry about the filter elements ever breaking.

The new improved slim design provides high flow with almost no flow losses even when operating high-flow, high-pressure pumps such as Deatschwerk's DW400 and Ti Automotive GST450 / GST520 (Walbro) fuel pumps. This fuel filter is recommended when running a brushless fuel pump from Protec, Fuelab or Deatschwerks.

The 200mm 10-micron stainless steel high-flow filter element is now made from 100 % stainless steel with unique welded end caps that eliminate the common glue that would dissolve when changing from gasoline to ethanol or when running aggressive fuels such as race fuel. When you run the new upgraded fuel filters from Nuke Performance, you don't have to worry about the filter elements ever breaking.
When you run alcoholic fuels, you should always use a stainless steel filter element, the most common cellulose elements are for gasoline, and should only be used for gasoline.

To mount the Nuke Performance Slim Series fuel filter, it is recommended that you use Nuke Performance Fuel Filter Bracket available in a single or dual design to suit all your filtration needs. The universal, lightweight, billet mount from Nuke Performance comes with a variety of inserts to fit your fuel filters and also fuel pumps such as the popular in-line fuel pumps such as the Bosch 044, Deatschwerks DW350il, etc. Be sure to place your fuel filter in a safe place that prevents the filter from being deformed in an accident. We also offer an affordable and simpler bracket solution with two stainless p-clamp brackets that pair perfectly with Nuke Performance fuel filters.

• Changing your fuel filter insert due to heavy contamination.
We strongly recommend cleaning the internal filter unit once per season, especially when using ethanol due to its dissolving impurities in the fuel system. If necessary, due to heavy contamination, you can purchase an additional 200 mm insert.
